目的:探讨急诊多发伤的特征及其防治对策。方法:分析我院急诊科、外科2006年10月—2011年10月收治的多发伤病人267例。结果:多发伤有其发生发展的流行病学规律及临床经过。结论:多发伤的诊治是一项极其复杂的临床过程,认识不同类型多发伤特征,采取不同检查重点,才能最快获得诊断,避免早期漏误诊,并在治疗上有所区别,防治减少并发症和后遗症的发生,才能使其危害减少至最低限度。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics and prevention and treatment of multiple trauma in emergency department. Methods: An analysis of 267 cases of multiple trauma patients admitted to our hospital emergency department, surgery department from October 2006 to October 2011. Results: Multiple trauma had its occurrence and development of epidemiology and clinical experience. Conclusion: The diagnosis and treatment of multiple trauma is an extremely complex clinical process. To recognize the different types of multiple trauma characteristics and to take different examinations focuses on the fastest diagnosis and early misdiagnosis, and to make some differences in treatment and prevention of complications And the consequences of sequelae, in order to minimize the harm.
