目前,人们逐渐意识到信息技术在企业管理中的重要性,在信息革命的大背景下,人们更注重企业运行的低成本、高效率。文章讨论了多网段中型制造企业技术资料(标准、图纸)的共享问题。以A公司为例,深入分析了多网段中型制造企业技术资料的共享问题,并对比了多个方案,最终得出兼顾成本与效率的最优方案——利用小工具Goodsync成功解决了多网段中型制造企业技术资料的共享问题。
At present, people are gradually realizing the importance of information technology in business management. Under the background of information revolution, people pay more attention to the low cost and high efficiency of business operation. The article discusses the sharing of technical information (standards, drawings) for multi-segment medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
