血浆连接蛋白(Fn)为高分子糖蛋白,它对机体单核巨噬系统发挥正常防卫机能起着非特异调理作用。白血病、再生障碍性贫血(AA)等及感染性疾病患者血浆Fn含量的变化,对于某些疾病的诊断有一定的价值。对于白血病、AA有无合并感染估计预后有一定的意义,现将我院检测89例患者血浆Fn含量报告如下;1 血液病及肿瘤1.1 血液病35例:(1)白血病11例:男性7例,女性4例,年龄5~60岁。其中急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)L_1 2例,急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)M_2 2例,M_3 1例,M,_5 2例;慢性粒细胞白血病CGL)4例。(2)AA14例:男性9例,女性5例,年龄6~63岁。(3)骨髓造血异常综合征(MDS)3例,RAS2例,RAEB1例。(4)原发性血小板增多症1例。(5)肿瘤4例:淋巴瘤
Plasma connexin (Fn) is a high-molecular glycoprotein that plays a non-specific role in normal defense of the monocyte-macrophage system. Leukemia, aplastic anemia (AA) and other infectious diseases and changes in plasma Fn levels for the diagnosis of certain diseases have a certain value. For leukemia, AA with or without infection is estimated to have a certain prognosis prognosis, now our hospital 89 cases of plasma Fn levels were reported as follows; 1 hematological diseases and cancer 1.1 blood diseases in 35 cases: (1) leukemia in 11 cases: 7 males , 4 females, aged 5 to 60 years old. Among them, 2 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), 2 cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) M_2, 1 case of M_3, 2 cases of M_5 and 4 cases of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CGL). (2) AA14 cases: 9 males and 5 females, aged 6 to 63 years old. (3) 3 cases of bone marrow hematopoietic syndrome (MDS), 2 cases of RAS and 1 case of RAEB. (4) 1 case of essential thrombocythemia. (4) 4 cases of tumor: lymphoma
