目的 探讨下丘脑腹内侧核损伤性肥胖大鼠氨基酸代谢的变化。方法 下丘脑腹内侧核损伤性肥胖大鼠用 2 m A直流电造成下丘脑腹内侧核损伤后 1、2、4、6、1 0及 1 2周收集血样 ,分析血清氨基酸、葡萄糖及甘油三酯浓度。结果 (1 )损伤后 1 2周 ,肥胖大鼠的血清葡萄糖和甘油三酯浓度明显增高 ;(2 )肥胖大鼠的血清支链氨基酸即缬氨酸、亮氨酸及异亮氨酸明显高于非肥胖组 ;(3)肥胖大鼠血清中的一些生糖性氨基酸如苏氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸明显增高 ;(4)肥胖大鼠的血清精氨酸水平随肥胖的发展而呈进行性下降。结论 下丘脑腹内侧核损伤性肥胖大鼠不仅血糖、血脂代谢紊乱 ,而且氨基酸代谢发生了异常的改变。
Objective To investigate the changes of amino acid metabolism in the hypothalamic ventrolateral medulla oblongata obliterans. Methods Blood samples were collected at 1, 2, 4, 6, 1 0 and 1 2 weeks after hypothalamic ventrolateral medulla injury in hypothalamic ventrolateral medulla oblongata obese rats with 2 m A DC, and serum levels of amino acids, glucose and triglycerides concentration. Results (1) Serum glucose and triglyceride concentrations were significantly increased in obese rats at 12 weeks after injury. (2) The serum branched-chain amino acids, valine, leucine and isoleucine were significantly higher in obese rats (3) Some glucogenic amino acids such as threonine, glycine, and alanine in the serum of obese rats were significantly increased; (4) Serum arginine levels in obese rats increased with the development of obesity Progressive decline. Conclusion Hypothalamic ventrolateral medulla oblongata injury not only dyslipidemia and dyslipidemia, but also abnormal changes of amino acid metabolism.
