我县1984年首次发现中华枝睾吸虫病病人,并进行了流行病学调查,报告如下。一、人群感染率和感染度:对我县4个乡镇5个行政村中926名居民用改良加藤氏法做了粪便检查(不锈钢长孔定量板,容积为25×2×1mm,系数为18)。本组男548名,女378名。分别感染17例(3.10%)和16例(4.23%)。成人305名感染5例(1.64%),儿童621名感染28例(4.51%)。人群感染率为3.56%,属二级流行区。不同性别感染率间差异不显著(P>0.05);但儿童感染率则高于成人(P<0.05)。感染中华枝睾吸虫的33例中有5例兼患日本血吸虫病,混合感染占总例数的15.15%。33例中每克粪虫卵数(EPG)最低为36,最高为12672,EPG几何均数为201.5。
My county found for the first time in 1984, China Clonorchiasis patients, and conducted an epidemiological survey, the report is as follows. First, the population infection rate and the degree of infection: 926 residents of 5 administrative villages in 4 counties and towns in my county made a stool examination with a modified Kats’ method (stainless steel long-hole quantitative plate with a volume of 25 × 2 × 1mm and a coefficient of 18 ). The group of 548 males, 378 females. 17 cases (3.10%) and 16 cases (4.23%) were infected respectively. Infection was found in 305 adults (1.64%) in adults and 28 (4.51%) in 621 children. Population infection rate was 3.56%, is a secondary epidemic area. There was no significant difference between different genders (P> 0.05), but the infection rate in children was higher than that in adults (P <0.05). In 33 cases of Clonorchis sinensis infection, 5 cases were suffering from schistosomiasis japonica, mixed infection accounted for 15.15% of the total number of cases. In 33 cases, the minimum number of eggs per gram (EPG) was 36, the highest was 12672 and the geometric mean of EPG was 201.5.
