渭南市渭北饮改水工程是解决16个乡(镇)728平方公里范围内的30万人、3万头大家畜用水的农村供水工程,经过考察论证列为农村改水项目,由省水利电力勘测设计院承担设计,工程概算投资1987万元,于1987年11月动工修建。两年多来,在受益区广大干部群众艰苦努力下,使工程建设质量好、进度快,发挥了比较明显的效益。到目前已凿机井4眼,铺设干支管道110公里,建成加压站7座,装机容量474千瓦,架设10kV 输电专线8公里,配网村组40个,受益人口6万余,入户水栓
Weinan Weibei drinking water reform project is to solve rural water supply project of 30 million people, 30,000 large livestock water within the area of 728 square kilometers in 16 townships (towns). After investigation and verification, it is listed as rural water improvement project, Power Survey and Design Institute to undertake the design, engineering estimates investment 19.7 million yuan, in November 1987 to start construction. In the past two years and more, with the hard work of the cadres and masses in the beneficiary area, the project has brought about good quality and rapid progress in construction and has brought obvious benefits. Up to now, 4 wells have been drilled and 110 km of dry-branch pipelines have been laid. Seven pressurized stations have been set up, with an installed capacity of 474 kilowatts. Erecting a 10-kilovolt transmission line with 8 kilometers and 40 villages with net beneficiaries of more than 60,000,
