目的:了解温州市代谢综合征(MS)的流行现状及其影响因素。方法:采用多阶段随机整群抽样抽取温州市4个社区35岁以上常住居民进行面对面进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检测。测量调查对象的身高、体重和血压,测定空腹血糖、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,5974人完成全部指标测定。结果:温州市35岁以上人群MS的患病率为14.6%,男女各为16.1%、13.4%。符合MS诊断标准患者中有92.8%有血脂紊乱;54.8%有高血糖;90.6%由高血压;82.4%有超重肥胖。MS4种组分聚集情况为1种代谢异常占32.8%、2种代谢异常聚集占22.0%、3种代谢异常占11.6%、4种代谢全部异常为3.0%,4种代谢全部正常仅占30.6%。logistic回归分析显示MS与年龄、职业、地区、食用蛋类、性别有关。结论:温州市35岁以上MS患病率为14.6%,近70%的对象具有1种以上MS组分的聚集,须做好MS各组分的早期干预。
Objective: To understand the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) in Wenzhou and its influencing factors. Methods: A multistage random cluster sampling was used to extract the permanent residents aged above 35 in 4 communities in Wenzhou City for face-to-face questionnaires, physical examination and laboratory tests. Subjects were surveyed for height, weight, and blood pressure. Fasting plasma glucose, triglycerides, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were measured, and all of the 5974 participants completed the test. Results: The prevalence of MS in Wenzhou people over the age of 35 was 14.6%, male and female were 16.1% and 13.4% respectively. In line with MS diagnostic criteria, 92.8% of patients with dyslipidemia; 54.8% have hyperglycemia; 90.6% by high blood pressure; 82.4% have overweight and obesity. The accumulation of MS4 components was 32.8% for one type of metabolic abnormality, 22.0% for two metabolic abnormalities, 11.6% for three kinds of metabolic abnormalities, 3.0% for all four kinds of metabolism, and 30.6% for all four kinds of metabolism . Logistic regression analysis showed that MS was related to age, occupation, region, edible egg, and gender. CONCLUSIONS: The prevalence of MS in Wenzhou City is 14.6% over 35 years old. Nearly 70% of the subjects have the aggregation of more than one MS component. Early intervention with MS components is required.
