我厂是一个农机配件厂。为了切实把质量管理水平提高一步,为用户生产出优质的气缸套和轴瓦,于去年五月份开始,在全厂开展了全面质量管理教育和试点工作。目前,全厂共成立QC小组26个,有8个QC小组已取得成果。其中2个QC小组在西安市全面质量管理成果发表会上发表了成果。通过全面质量管理教育、试点和QC小组活动,使产品质量显著提高。曲轴瓦、连杆瓦在七九年全国行业质量评比中名列前茅,S195硼缸套被西安市评为优质产品。今年二季度市农机局对我厂产品又组织了质量抽查,结果:S195曲轴瓦关键项目全部合格,项次合格率达到99.29％;S195气缸套,关键项目全部合格,项次合格率达到100％。全面质量管理工作的开展,使我厂科研和工艺改造工作也取得了一定成绩。我厂在有关单位的协助下,研制了气缸套新材质──加硼铸铁取得成切,使气缸套的使用寿命比原来提高50％以上,达到了部80年基础件攻关要求,并荣获全国科技大会奖和80年度陕西省科技二等奖。为了提高195曲轴瓦止推边和简体的结合牢度,我们采用了国
Our factory is an agricultural machinery parts factory. In order to effectively improve the level of quality management, to produce high-quality cylinder liners and bearings for users, starting in May last year, the company launched a comprehensive quality management education and pilot work. The result: All key projects of the S195 crankshaft were qualified, and the qualified rate of the items reached 99.29%.
