利用果蔬伤口快速筛选和检测对其产后病害有拮抗作用的微生物(不产生抗生素的酵母类),是花费少、时间短而效益好的防治策略。本文报道了利用苹果伤口筛选出的6种有潜力拮抗物分离物,并对其中3种(清酒假丝酵母)作了进一步检测表明,都能抗B. cinerea 和P.expansum 所致的苹果腐烂病,且以182号分离物最有希望。这类微生物应用于食物时,要特别注意其能否引起人的致病性和过敏。
The rapid screening of fruits and vegetables wounds and the detection of postpartum disease antagonistic microorganisms (antibiotics do not produce yeast), is less cost, time is short and effective prevention and control strategies. In this paper, six potential antagonist isolates screened from apple wounds were reported and three of them (Candida albicans) were further tested to show that they are resistant to decay of apples caused by B. cinerea and P.expansum Disease, and the 182 most promising. When such microorganisms are applied to food, pay special attention to whether they can cause human pathogenicity and allergies.
