随着我国对教育事业的重视,家长也开始注重对幼儿的培养,为幼儿选取合适的幼儿园。而影响幼儿园质量的关键因素就是幼儿教师的教学水平。目前,虽然我国的一线幼儿教师的教学质量在很大程度上都得到了全面的提高,但是相对于西方国家,仍然不够完善。主要阐述了我国幼儿园教学的现状以及一线幼儿教师提高个人幼教效能感的实践与体会。 As China attaches great importance to education, parents also began to focus on the training of young children, select the appropriate kindergarten for young children.
