在企业管理中评价各部门的经营状况的优良与否与企业内部结算管理工作的开展情况有着密不可分联系,它也是企业对各部门考核激励的重要参考指标。强化企业内部结算管理力度一方面可加强各部门之间的凝聚力与向心力,另一方面也在一定程度上可为企业创造更高的价值,使其在激烈的竞争中站稳脚步。基于此,现对加强企业内部结算管理的方法进行了探讨。
