探讨了硫酸镁对实验性毒毛旋花子甙K(毒K)所诱发的心律失常的防治作用。表明MgSO_4能明显缩短毒K所诱发心律失常的持续时间;增加毒K的用量,亦能提高毒K作用下室颤阈值。其抗心律失常的作用优于苯妥英钠。
The preventive and therapeutic effects of magnesium sulfate on arrhythmia induced by experimental toxin K (toxic K) were discussed. The results showed that MgSO 4 significantly shortened the duration of arrhythmia induced by toxic K and increased the dosage of toxic K and also increased the threshold of ventricular fibrillation under the action of toxic K. Its anti-arrhythmic effect is superior to phenytoin sodium.
