紫花牡荆素,即5,3-二羟基-3,6,7,4-四甲氧基黄酮(5,3′-dihydroxy-3,6,7,4′-tetram thoxy-flavone;casticin,CAS),是一种从蔓荆子(VitextrifoliaL)中提取的具有广泛药理活性的多甲基黄酮类化合物,是蔓荆子的主要成分,其药理作用近年来成为研究热点。CAS通过抑制细胞信号通路,阻滞细胞有丝分裂,激活细胞凋亡通路,阻滞周期相关蛋白等途径使肿瘤细胞阻滞在G2/M期,进而引起细胞凋亡发挥其抗肿瘤作用;CAS阻滞组胺释放发挥其抗炎作用;CAS直接作用于脑垂体,引起催乳素抑制因子分泌增多而降低血清催乳素水平;CAS可以清除体内的氧自由基而发挥抗氧化作用。文中对CAS的药理作用进行综述。
Vitexin, namely 5,3’-dihydroxy-3,6,7,4’-tetram thoxy-flavone (casticin, CAS) is a kind of multi-methyl flavone compound extracted from Vitextrifolia L. and its pharmacological action has become a research hotspot in recent years. CAS inhibits cell signaling pathways, arrests cell mitosis, activates apoptotic pathways, and blocks cell cycle-related proteins in a manner that arrests tumor cells in the G2 / M phase and leads to apoptosis; CAS exerts its anti-tumor effect Histamine release exerts its anti-inflammatory effect; CAS acts directly on the pituitary gland, causing increased secretion of prolactin inhibitory factor and lower serum prolactin levels; CAS can clear the body of oxygen free radicals and play an antioxidant role. The pharmacological effects of CAS are reviewed in this article.
