调整和改革基础教育的课程体系、结构、内容,构建符合素质教育要求的新课程体系,是我国基础教育今后的发展方向和主要任务。尽管新的课程改革目前还处于实验阶段,但随着实验面积的逐步扩展,课程改革也越来越受到广大教师的重视。没有进行课程改革实验的学校如何进行课程改革?教师如何按照新的《课程标准》进行教学?怎样在教学中体现以人为本?怎样从旧课程向新课程过渡?这是每一位关心课程改革的教师想要解决的问题。本期我们刊出一篇非课程改革实验区的教师关于课程改革的体会的文章,反映一下没有进行课程改革实验地区的教育工作者对课程改革的思考与探索。文章中的做法对正在进行课程改革实验的学校来说,也许还很幼稚,但我们鼓励的是这种探索求进的精神与态度。“态度决定一切。”我们认为:只要我省广大教育工作者,尤其是尚未进行课程改革实验的广大教师,对课程改革有一个积极的态度,勇于进行课程改革的探索,那么,最终受益的还会是他们。在此,《黑龙江教育》热情希望全省的广大教师,特别是尚未进行课程改革实验的广大教师,把自己探索和研究课程改革的想法、做法告诉我们,通过我们刊物与全省广大教师交流,一起搞好旧课程向新课程的过渡。
