[目的]探讨抗咪唑乙烟酸谷子品种除草剂安全使用剂量及除草效果.[方法]以抗咪唑乙烟酸材料M1508为材料,采用裂区设计,进行不同喷药时期、不同喷施剂量两因素除草试验。主区为喷施时期(A),设置6个处理:A1(播种后出苗前封地处理)、A2(出苗后3d茎叶处理)、A3(出苗后6d茎叶处理)、A4(出苗后9d茎叶处理)、A5(出苗后12d茎叶处理)、A6(出苗后15d茎叶处理);副区为喷施剂量(B),设置9个处理:B1(0ml/hm2,清水对照)、B2(750ml/hm2)、B3(1125ml/hm2)、B4(1500ml/hm2)、B5(2250ml/hm2)、B6(3000ml/hm2)、B7(4500ml/hm2)、B8(6000ml/hm2)、B9(7500ml/hm2),对水675kg/hm2。[结果]咪唑乙烟酸具有较好的除草效果,抗咪唑乙烟酸谷子新品种M1508也具有良好的耐药性;750~7500ml/hm2剂量范围对抗咪唑乙烟酸谷子品种M1508安全;综合考虑杂草防效、产量、除草成本,建议最佳处理方式是,出苗后6d茎叶处理,剂量为1500~2250ml/hm2。[结论]该研究初步明确了与抗咪唑乙烟酸品种配套的化学除草技术,探讨了其对谷田杂草的除草效果及对谷子安全性的影响,以期为抗咪唑乙烟酸谷子品种的应用和推广提供参考依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the safe dosage and herbicidal effect of herbicide resistant to imidazole and imazethapyr millet varieties. [Method] With imidazole and imazethapyr material M1508 as the material, the split zone design was adopted to conduct two-factor weeding experiments with different spraying times and different spraying doses. The main area was the spraying period (A). Six treatments were set up as follows: A1 (seeding pre-emergence after sowing), A2 (stem and leaf post-emergence), A3 Stems and leaves treatment), A5 (12 days after emergence of stems and leaves), A6 (15 days after emergence of stems and leaves treatment); the subzone was the spraying dose (B), and 9 treatments were set as B1 (0ml / hm2, B2 (750 ml / hm2) B3 (1125 ml / hm2) B4 (1500 ml / hm2) B5 2250 ml / hm2 B6 3000 ml / hm2 B7 4500 ml / hm2 B8 6000 ml / (7500ml / hm2), water 675kg / hm2. [Result] Imidacloprid had a good herbicidal effect, and the new imidacloprid-ethane-resistant millet millet M1508 also had good resistance. The dosage range of 750 ~ 7500ml / hm2 was resistant to imidacloprid and barley millet M1508. Considering weed control efficiency, yield and weed control cost It is suggested that the best treatment is the treatment of stems and leaves 6 days after emergence, the dosage is 1500 ~ 2250ml / hm2. [Conclusion] The study initially clarified the chemical weeding technology matched with the antiimidazonic acid variety, discussed its herbicidal effect on the weed in valley and its influence on the safety of millet, and provided reference for the application and popularization of the anti-imazethapyr millet variety.
