当前,小学语文教学普遍存在着一个问题:花时最多,收效甚微。因为老师没有激发学生学习的兴趣,没有自己的教学艺术,学生始终处于被动学习状态。有的课堂教师即使讲得口干舌燥,学生仍昏昏欲睡,不知其所以然。当务之急是要提高教师的自身素质,调动学生积极性,给学生创设轻松、愉快的学习氛围。那么如何在语文课堂上表现出教师的艺术呢?从事了十几年的语文教学,我就结合自己的工作实际来谈谈自己的一点体会。一、精引语文
