主要讨论了英国公路局出版的《路桥设计手册》(BD43/03)和我国交通部标准《公路工程混凝土结构防腐蚀技术规范》(JTG/T B07-01—2006)中的混凝土表面采用有机硅渗透剂的吸水率试验方法的差异。通过试验,发现空白试件浸泡24 h后吸水基本饱和,而硅烷浸渍试件水浸泡21 d后仍处于吸水状态,建议对空白试件和硅烷浸渍试件的浸泡时间及其他试验步骤做适当修订。
Mainly discusses the “Road and Bridge Design Handbook” (BD43 / 03) published by British Highway Bureau and the standard of “Technical Code for Anti-corrosion of Concrete Structures of Highway Engineering” (JTG / T B07-01-2006) Differences in test methods for water absorption of penetrants. The results showed that after immersing for 24 h, the samples were almost saturated in water absorption, while the silane-impregnated specimens were still water-absorbing after 21 d of immersion. It is suggested that the immersion time and other test procedures of blank specimens and silane-impregnated specimens should be properly revised .
