环县档案馆重视档案资料的征集工作,把征集档案资料作为全县档案工作的一项重要任务来抓,广泛宣传,深入调查研究,积极寻找线索,努力扩大征集成果,取得了显著成绩,先后征集档案2156卷(册),资料4015册,照片档案2608张,字画130幅,图、印章178枚,锦旗、奖杯20多件,录音录像带6盘。其具体做法是: 一、列入议事日程,开展调查研究。 环县档案馆馆藏档案原来大部分是文书档案,反映环县地方特点的档案资料较少。1989年起,该馆就制定了有关征集计划,列入局馆议事日程,并列入“八五”规划和年度工作计划。 为了有效地开展档案资料的征集工作,首先开展调查研究,进行了馆内现存档案成份与社会散存档案情况相结合的调查,历史上形成档案情况和现行工作立卷、建档情况相结合的调查。其次,掌握社会上收藏
