不动产登记档案信息化,不仅能保证信息的准确性和时效性,还能充分实现信息共享,提高不动产登记档案管理的整体水平。当前,我国不动产登记档案信息平台建设还不够完善,数据更新慢,档案服务体系尚不健全,信息安全保护方面还存在漏洞。对此,应加强档案信息平台建设,增强数据的准确性与时效性,强化档案的社会服务功能,建立网络信息安全保障体系,推动不动产登记档案信息化工作深入开展。
Real estate registration file information, not only can guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of information, but also to fully realize the information sharing, improve the overall level of real estate registration file management. At present, the construction of China’s real estate registration file information platform is still not perfect, the data is updated slowly, the file service system is still not perfect, and there are still loopholes in the information security protection. In response, we should strengthen the construction of archives information platform, enhance the accuracy and timeliness of data, strengthen the social service function of archives, establish a network information security system and promote the informatization of real estate registration archives.
