通过对各高校硕士研究生招生简章、课程计划及学位论文评估细则进行分析,本文比较了我国香港与内地八所高校在英语专业研究生输入评价、过程评价、输出评价三个主要评估环节上的异同点。在此基础上,我们提出内地高校应借鉴香港高校的优秀经验,在研究生入学选拔中尝试引入其他选拔方式多角度考察学生的素质与能力;在课程学习中采取定性与定量评估相结合以及学术档案袋形式;规范学位论文评估环节,提高答辩质量;构建与完善英语专业研究生学术能力评估体系,切实促进研究生语言能力、专业理论知识以及科研能力的长足发展。
Through the analysis of the admissions rules, curriculum plans and dissertation evaluation rules of college postgraduates, this paper compares the similarities and differences between the three major evaluation stages of English majors’ input evaluation, process evaluation and output evaluation in eight universities in Hong Kong and inland . On this basis, we propose that Mainland universities should learn from the excellent experience of Hong Kong universities and try to introduce other ways of selecting students to examine their qualities and abilities from multiple perspectives. They should combine qualitative and quantitative assessments and academic records Bag form; regulate the evaluation of dissertations, improve the quality of the respondent; construct and improve the academic ability assessment system of English majors, and effectively promote the rapid development of graduate language ability, professional theoretical knowledge and research ability.
