超塑形变热处理是一种新型复合工艺,钢件经超细化处理后,在其临界温度以上进行超塑性成形,然后油淬并低温回火,得到较好效果。本文结合GCr15钢进行超塑形变热处理工艺研究。处理后与常规热处理比较,多冲寿命提高1倍以上,抗弯强度提高67%,耐磨性也明显提高,是一项有推广价值的新工艺。
Superplastic deformation heat treatment is a new type of composite process. After superfine treatment, the steel is superplastic formed above its critical temperature, and then oil quenched and tempered at low temperature to obtain good results. In this paper, GCr15 steel superplastic heat treatment process. After treatment compared with conventional heat treatment, multi-red life expectancy increased more than 1 times, flexural strength increased 67%, wear resistance has also significantly improved, is a promotional value of the new technology.
