实验材料与方法:动物为6周龄雄性Wistar大鼠,化学物质脱氢大豆皂甙(Dehydrosoyasaponin)Ⅰ(2),羽扇豆皂甙(lupinoside)PA_4(3)和PA_1(5),comploside Ⅱ(4),subproside V(6),astragaloside Ⅷ(8),wistariasaponins YC_2(7)和YC_1(9)分别从豆科植物羽扇豆(Lupinus polyphyllus×arboreus)、扁茎黄芪,白花藤萝(Wistaria brachybotrys)中分离得到。保肝作用的研究方法与以前的方法相同,均采用体外分析法,由于丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的活性与免疫性肝
Experimental materials and methods: Animals were 6-week-old male Wistar rats, dehydrosoyasaponin I(2), lupinosaponin PA_4(3) and PA_1(5), comploside II(4). Subproside V(6), astragaloside VIII(8), wistariasaponins YC_2(7) and YC_1(9) were isolated from Lupinus polyphyllus×arboreus, Astragalus membranaceus and Wistaria brachybotrys, respectively. . Hepatoprotective research methods are the same as the previous methods, and all use in vitro analysis due to the activity of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and immune liver.
