目的:观察茵陈蒿汤醇提物的氯仿、乙酸乙酯萃取部位对D-GalN诱导的大鼠肝细胞损伤的影响。方法:用氯仿、乙酸乙酯分别萃取茵陈蒿汤醇提物得到氯仿部位、乙酸乙酯部位及剩余乙醇提取物,观察其对D-GalN诱导的大鼠肝细胞损伤的保护作用。结果:氯仿部位及乙醇提取物有降低ALT活性的作用,且氯仿部位优于乙醇提取物,而乙酸乙酯部位无降低ALT活性的作用。结论:茵陈蒿汤保肝作用的效应物质可能富集在氯仿萃取部位。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts from the crude extract of Yinchenhao decoction on hepatocyte injury induced by D-GalN in rats. Methods: Chloroform and ethyl acetate were used to extract the alcohol extracts from Artemisiae annua L. to obtain chloroform fractions, ethyl acetate fractions and residual ethanol extracts. The protective effects of D-GalN on rat hepatocytes were observed. RESULTS: Chloroform and ethanol extracts had the effect of lowering ALT activity, and the chloroform fraction was better than the ethanol extract, while ethyl acetate did not reduce the ALT activity. Conclusion: The effector substances of Yinchenhao decoction may be enriched in the chloroform extract.
