提出了一种CPLD控制下的热处理电阻炉温度控制系统。通过对热处理工艺及常用箱式电阻炉工作原理进行分析,确定控制对象。然后利用ALTERA公司的5M160ZE64I5N型CPLD可编程逻辑器件作为核心,设计了硬件电路,同时耦合神经网络改进的PID算法作为核心的软件系统,完成了电阻炉温度控制系统的设计。最后设计了仿真实验,通过仿真实验表明,本文设计的电阻炉温度控制系统能对电阻炉加热温度进行实时有效的控制。
A temperature control system of heat treatment resistance furnace under the control of CPLD is proposed. Through the heat treatment process and commonly used box-type resistance furnace analysis of the working principle, to determine the control object. Then using ALTERA’s 5M160ZE64I5N CPLD programmable logic device as the core, the hardware circuit is designed, coupled with the improved PID algorithm of neural network as the core software system, the design of the resistance furnace temperature control system is completed. Finally, the simulation experiment is designed. The simulation results show that the resistance furnace temperature control system designed in this paper can control the heating temperature of the resistance furnace in real time and effectively.
