初步探讨了高温环境下补充氨基酸对体温调节的影响。结果显示补充酪氨酸后小鼠在热应激和热习服过程中肛温明显低于对照组.而单一精氨酸则作用不明显。提示高温下作业补充适量酪氨酸和精氨酸不仅可减少热应激反应,还可提高耐热能力并缩短热习服期。
The effects of amino acids supplementation on thermoregulation under high temperature were discussed preliminarily. The results showed that tyrosine supplementation in mice during heat stress and heat rectal temperature was significantly lower than the control group. The role of a single arginine is not obvious. Tip high temperature operation to add the right amount of tyrosine and arginine can not only reduce the heat stress response, but also improve the heat capacity and shorten the period of heat.
