受全球金融危机的影响,我国的就业形势较为严峻。由于就业对于国家经济社会的发展有着广泛且深刻的影响,完成社会经济发展的目标,提高就业水平已经成为当前亟需解决的问题。财政税收政策是国家进行宏观调控的重要手段,在促进就业过程中,财政税收政策的使用是解决就业中存在的总量矛盾和结构矛盾的重要工具。因此探讨在就业促进过程中,财税政策的使用具有重要的现实意义。

Fiscal and taxation policies are an important means for the state to carry out macro-control. In the process of employment promotion, the use of fiscal and taxation policies is an important tool for solving the total contradictions and structural contradictions in employment. Therefore, to explore the employment promotion process, the use of fiscal policy has important practical significance.
