龙口港地处山东省胶东半岛西北部的龙口湾内,是山东省属港口。龙口港自1914年开埠至今,虽有80年的漫长历史,但是,到19世纪80年代末,仍没突破地方小港的圈圈,港口年吞吐量一直在300万吨左右徘徊。装卸设施陈旧落后,管理混乱,企业没生气,职工没土气,1988年实现利润仅为289万元。然而自1989年新的领导班子上任以来,在短短五年的时间内,龙口港却如蛟龙出水,腾空而起,港口吞吐量以每年100万吨的速度递增,1994年近800万吨,实现利润突破2000万元,一跃垮入了全国大港行列。自1993年起连续被山东省评为工交财贸系统经济效益排头兵企业,并被列为全省百家创利大户之一。
Longkou Port is located in Longkou Bay, northwest of Jiaodong Peninsula in Shandong Province. It is a port in Shandong Province. Longkou Port has been in operation for a history of 80 years since its opening in 1914 up to now. However, by the late 1980s, it still failed to break the boundaries of local small ports and its annual throughput has been hovering at about 3 million tons. Unfalilative loading and unloading facilities, management chaos, the company did not get angry, the staff did not rustic, in 1988 the profit was only 2.89 million yuan. However, since the new leadership took office in 1989, in just five years, Longkou Port, like a dragon and water, rose into the sky with a throughput of 1 million tons a year. In 1994, it was nearly 8 million tons. Achieve profits exceeded 20 million yuan, jumped into the ranks of the country’s Dagang. Since 1993, Shandong Province has been successively rated as the vanguard of the economic benefits of CCTFM and one of the 100 largest profit-making enterprises in the province.
