采用浸苗法测定不同种类杀虫剂对黄曲条跳甲广州五山种群成虫的毒力。结果表明,毒杀效果较好的杀虫剂有敌敌畏、辛硫磷、毒死蜱、巴丹、杀虫单、灭多威、异丙威、仲丁威、氟虫腈、丁烯氟虫腈、哒螨灵、鱼藤酮、啶虫脒;25(±1)℃条件下,12种杀虫剂对黄曲条跳甲成虫的毒力大小顺序为:氟虫腈>丁烯氟虫腈>辛硫磷>多杀菌素>毒死蜱>哒螨灵>异丙威>灭多威>巴丹>啶虫脒>敌敌畏>杀虫单。结合毒杀效果和毒力大小分析,氟虫腈、丁烯氟虫腈、啶虫脒、哒螨灵、灭多威、异丙威和巴丹是目前防治黄曲条跳甲成虫较好的药剂。
Toxicity of different kinds of insecticides to adult adults of Wushan in Guangzhou, China by using soaking seedling method.
