在本研究中 ,对汽车用冷轧钢板在激光焊接后成形性能进行了细致的分析。杯突试验表明 ,被焊钢板厚度的差异对杯突值降低的影响较大 ;极限拱顶高和扩孔试验表明 ,随被焊钢板厚度差异和强度差异的增加 ,成形性能会有较大程度的降低。成形极限图试验研究同样表明 ,冷轧钢板激光焊接后 ,其成形性能较母材有所降低 ,激光焊接的成形位置应避开零部件变形的复杂部位
In this study, a detailed analysis of the formability of cold-rolled steel for automotive use after laser welding was conducted. Cupping experiments show that the difference of the thickness of the welded steel sheet has a great influence on the reduction of the cup protrusion value. The results of the ultimate camber height and hole expansion test show that the forming performance will be greater with the difference of the thickness and strength of the welded steel sheet The reduction. Forming limit test study also shows that cold-formed steel laser welding, the forming performance is lower than the base metal, laser welding forming the location should be avoided parts of the deformation of complex parts
