新的时期和新的历史条件下出现的新变化,使离退休干部思想政治工作面临诸多的新课题。本文结合本人在多年的老干部管理和服务工作中总结出的一点经验和体会,就如何做好老干部们的思想政治工作进行了研究。
The new changes that have taken place in the new period and in the new historical conditions have made the retired cadres’ ideological and political work face many new topics. Based on my own experience and experience in the management and service of veteran cadres over many years, this paper studies how to do a good job in the ideological and political work of veteran cadres.
