外军院校在人才培养指导思想、应对策略和具体做法上的某些特点,在一定程度上体现了当今军事人才培养的发展趋势。我军院校应该在生长干部接受普通高等教育、在职干部受军事职业教育、新世纪新型军事人才培养目标定位以及创新人才培养模式等方面切实提高认识,齐心合力,为军队培养更多出类拔萃的人才。
Some characteristics of the guiding ideology, coping strategies and specific practices of the military academies and schools for foreign military academies reflect the development trend of military personnel training to a certain extent. Our military academies and schools should earnestly raise awareness in the areas of growing cadres to receive general higher education, serving cadres in military vocational education, the orientation of new-type military personnel training in the new century and innovative personnel training mode so as to train more outstanding talents for the armed forces .
