球铁与 45钢采用摩擦焊接方法可形成良好的焊接接头。焊后退火处理可改善球铁 - 45钢摩擦焊接头的组织 ,提高接头的性能。在其他焊接参数保持不变时 ,退火后接头拉伸强度随摩擦时间的增大而增加 ,直到 2 3s时达到最大值 358MPa,继续增大摩擦时间 ,接头拉伸强度下降。这主要是因为摩擦时间直接影响着球铁与 45钢摩擦焊接过程中的产热、温度分布、金属的塑性变形和石墨在界面的形态。
Ductile iron and 45 steel using friction welding method can form a good welded joints. Post-weld annealing can improve the structure of ductile iron-45 steel friction welded joints and improve joint performance. Tensile strength of the joint after annealing increased with the increase of friction time until the other welding parameters remained the same, reaching the maximum value of 358MPa until 23s, and the friction time continued to increase, and the tensile strength of the joint decreased. This is mainly because the friction time directly affects the heat production, temperature distribution, plastic deformation of the metal and graphite morphology at the interface during the friction welding of the ductile iron and the 45 steel.
