动漫产业已经成为迅猛发展的朝阳产业。而我国尚处于起步阶段,与游戏开发、数码娱乐、动画设计与制作相关的人才在目前乃至未来市场奇缺。21世纪以来我国各大高校纷纷开设影视动画专业,希望能即时填补这一人才缺口,当然办学的初衷是好的,但就目前市场反馈回来的信息来看,高校的动漫专业的扩充只是做了一个动漫专业基础知识的普及,高校影视动画专业毕业生表现出来的工作能力离市场实际需求还有很大的一段距离。中影影视动画研究中心正式入驻济南大学,在济南大学设立教育基地的签约仪式上,中影文化传播总经理肖立邦感慨万千的说“我们在威海的基地招过一个毕业生,大学四年学的是动画专业,花了16万,但到毕业只会3D。”肖立邦表示,当前高校动画专业的教学与现实严重脱节,已经影响到了毕业生的就业。
