本文发表于美国海军作战学院《前进》月刊2003年3月号,原题为《中国潜艇之路》。作者认为,中国的海军发展战略在很大程度上依靠其潜艇部队担负近海防御、封锁台湾海峡及对敌航母实施威慑行动等任务。本文详细分析了中国海军水下作战部队的实力、作战准则和未来方向,特别是在重新引进大量俄罗斯潜艇技术后,如何与本国潜艇实现战斗力的整合。
This article was published in the March 2003 issue of the March Naval Academy of Naval Operations, originally entitled “The Road to China’s Submarines.” The author believes that China’s naval development strategy relies to a large extent on its submarine forces responsible for offshore defense, the blockade of the Taiwan Strait and the deterrent action against enemy aircraft and other tasks. This paper analyzes in detail the strength, operational principles and future directions of the Chinese Navy’s underwater combat units, and in particular, how to integrate their own submarines for combat effectiveness after reintroducing a large number of Russian submarines.
