目的了解驻浙某部营区蚊虫种群构成、密度情况,为有效控制蚊虫提供科学依据。方法采用二氧化碳诱蚊灯全夜诱捕法。结果共捕获成蚊888只,分为3属3种,其中三带喙库蚊占78.38%,中华按蚊占20.94%,骚扰阿蚊占0.68%,三带喙库蚊为该营区周边优势蚊种。在捕获的成蚊中,饱血蚊占1.38%,三带喙库蚊与中华按蚊吸血率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.106,Ρ>0.05);稻田与猪舍的三带喙库蚊吸血率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.881,Ρ=0.001)。结论初步摸清了某部驻浙营区及其周边环境蚊虫种类构成与密度情况,为今后开展有效的蚊虫防制提供了参考。
Objective To understand the composition and density of mosquitoes in a barracks area in Zhejiang Province and provide a scientific basis for effective control of mosquitoes. Methods CO2 trapping lamp overnight trapping method. Results A total of 888 adult mosquitoes were collected and divided into 3 genera and 3 species. Among them, Culex tritaeniorhynchus accounted for 78.38%, Anopheles sinensis accounted for 20.94% and Acridothera elliottii accounted for 0.68%. Culex tritaeniorhynchus was the dominant mosquito Species. Among the captured adult mosquitoes, Serratia marcescens accounted for 1.38%. There was no significant difference in blood-sucking rate between Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Anopheles sinensis (χ2 = 1.106, Ρ> 0.05) Cucurbit infection rate, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 11.881, P = 0.001). Conclusion The situation of mosquito species and its density in a certain area in Zhejiang and its surrounding areas has been initially found out, providing a reference for effective mosquito control in the future.
