在香菇栽培中,为争取春季这一较短的时间获得较高的产量,实践证明采取以下几项高产管理措施可获高产。 (一)清理分类 将所有菌块清理1次。清理时除去老根脚、死菇、霉点等,然后分3种类型分床培养。第1类,正在出菇的菌块;第2类,半干半湿即含水量在45%以上的菌块;第3类,较干即含水量在45%以下的菌块。 (二)分类管理 在第1类菌块上覆盖20厘米高的小拱棚,将温度控制在12~17℃进行保湿培养,同时结合采菇进行通风换气。在第2类菌
