目的:建立白庇汤的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TCL)对白庇汤中芦丁和黄芩苷进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定丹皮酚和绿原酸的含量。结果:在硅胶G薄层板上,检出芦丁和黄芩苷。采用迪马-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇:水(45∶55),检测波长:274 nm检测丹皮酚;采用月旭-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13∶87)为流动相,检测波长为327 nm检测绿原酸,其回收率、线性、重复性均符合要求。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,可用于白庇汤的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of baibutang Methods: The content of rutin and baicalin in baibutang was identified by TLC. The contents of paeonol and chlorogenic acid were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Rutin and baicalin were detected on silica gel G plate. The mobile phase was methanol: water (45:55) at DMI-C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The detection wavelength was 274 nm. Paeonol was detected at a wavelength of 274 nm. ), Acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (13:87) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 327 nm. The recovery, linearity and reproducibility all met the requirements. Conclusion: The established method is simple and feasible with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of baibutang.
