假威信与真威信常常有这么一种现象:某领导在某单位任职期间,下属反映尚可,而一旦调离这个单位之后,反映可就糟了。甚至被说的一文不值。如果仅是少数人的反映倒也罢了,倘若大多数反映都是如此,那么,肯定的说:这位领导在原单位的威信是假威信。那么,什么是假威信呢?威信就是声誉、信誉、名望,领导者的威信就是他所领导的下属对他的赞扬、尊敬与信任。而假威信指的是这种赞扬、尊敬与信任只是一种假象,它掩盖的实质是对领导者的不赞扬、不尊敬与不信任,或者仅仅是一时的赞扬、尊敬与信任。假威信的表现形式大概有如下几种形式:
