采用第二离子化质谱(SIMS)连接扫描分析法检测中药方剂中的人参。将中药方剂的甲醇提取物离心,然后通过滤纸,作为试样备用。用人参皂甙Rb_1作为指示剂检测样品中的人参。在B/E恒定时将扫描系统与氙气连接以产生第一离子而进行测定,以甘油作为基质,以氯化钾作为金属底物。在含有人参的中药方剂(十全大补汤、加味归脾汤和柴陷汤)的SIMS连接扫描光谱中,在m/z分别为1147,985,805,737和381时可观察到一个准分子离子(〔M+K〕~+)及其子体离子峰,表明Rb_1的结构。研究发现,SIMS连接扫描法适用于检测中药方剂中的人参,因为此方法较常规方法更为简便、迅速,并可取得更为准确、可靠的结果。
The second ionization mass spectrometry (SIMS) connection scanning assay was used to detect ginseng in the Chinese herbal formula. The methanol extract of the Chinese herbal formula was centrifuged and passed through a filter paper as a sample. The ginseng in the sample was detected with ginsenoside Rb_1 as an indicator. The scanning system was connected to helium gas at a constant B/E to produce a first ion for the measurement, with glycerin as the substrate and potassium chloride as the metal substrate. In SIMS-linked scanning spectra of ginseng-containing Chinese medicines (Shiquandabu Decoction, Jiawei Guipi Decoction, and Chai Detang Decoction), an quasi-molecular ion can be observed at m/z 1147, 985, 805, 737, and 381, respectively ( M+K]~+) and its daughter ion peaks indicate the structure of Rb_1. The study found that the SIMS connection scanning method is suitable for the detection of ginseng in traditional Chinese medicine formulas, because this method is simpler and faster than conventional methods, and can obtain more accurate and reliable results.
