线粒体是细胞关键的能量来源,在能量合成与释放、细胞功能维持方面具有重要作用。三七总皂苷作为中药三七中最重要的活性成分,具有抗血栓形成、扩血管、降血压、抗炎、抗氧化等作用。国内外研究表明,三七总皂苷参与调节线粒体能量代谢、氧化应激、生物合成、凋亡与自噬及膜通道状态等,故线粒体是三七总皂苷生物活性的重要靶点。该文就三七总皂苷对线粒体的调控作用做一综述。
Mitochondria are the key energy sources of cells and play an important role in energy synthesis and release and maintenance of cell function. Panax notoginseng saponins as the most important active ingredients of Panax notoginseng, with anti-thrombosis, vasodilatation, antihypertensive, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation and so on. Researches at home and abroad show that Panax notoginseng saponins are involved in the regulation of mitochondrial energy metabolism, oxidative stress, biosynthesis, apoptosis, autophagy and membrane channel status. Therefore, mitochondria is an important target of the biological activity of Panax notoginseng saponins. This article reviews the regulatory effect of Panax notoginseng saponins on mitochondria.
