蛋白激酶 C(Protein Kinase C,PKC)是一类由多种同工酶组成的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶家族。
Protein Kinase C (PKC) is a family of serine / threonine protein kinases that consist of multiple isozymes. PKC is at the center of phosphatidylinositol metabolism, which is closely related to the pathophysiological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, nerve conduction, gene expression regulation and tumorigenesis. In recent years, studies have shown that PKC plays an important role in the pathogenesis of ischemic brain damage. This article intends to overview the status of PKC isozymes and their relationship with cerebral ischemia.
