目的了解威海市2008~2012年医疗机构传染病疫情报告管理状况,为进一步提高各医疗机构的疫情报告管理水平提供决策依据。方法对威海市2008~2012年传染病疫情报告管理相关资料进行分析。结果威海市2008~2012年不同级别医疗机构平均传染病漏报率为1.98%,漏报前3位病种依次为其它感染性腹泻(0.76%)、病毒性肝炎(0.52%)、肺结核(0.28%)。2008~2012年各年传染病漏报率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各级医疗机构传染病漏报率差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各级医疗机构传染病卡片报告及时性和完整性在90.00%以上。各级医疗机构传染病报告及时率和审核率保持在99.90%以上。结论各级医疗机构应认真落实疫情报告管理制度;疾控机构应加强对传染病报告工作的业务指导,加大考核力度,最大限度降低医疗卫生机构传染病的漏报。
Objective To understand the management status of epidemic situation reports of infectious diseases in medical institutions in Weihai from 2008 to 2012 and provide evidences for further improving the management of epidemic situation reports in medical institutions. Methods The data of infectious disease report management in Weihai from 2008 to 2012 were analyzed. Results The average infectious disease omission rate was 1.98% in different medical institutions in Weihai from 2008 to 2012. The top three omissions were followed by other infectious diarrhea (0.76%), viral hepatitis (0.52%), tuberculosis (0.28%), %). There was no significant difference in the omission rate of infectious diseases between 2008 and 2012 (P> 0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the rate of underreporting of infectious diseases at all levels of medical institutions (P <0.05). Medical institutions at all levels of infectious disease card report timely and complete 90.00%. The reporting rate of infectious diseases at all levels of medical institutions in time and the rate of examination remained at 99.90%. Conclusion Medical institutions at all levels should conscientiously implement the management system of epidemic situation reports; CDCs should strengthen the operational guidance on the reporting of infectious diseases, intensify assessment efforts and minimize the omission of communicable diseases in medical and health institutions.
