针对转动机构运动学参量测量问题,基于数字图像相关技术,本文提出了转角、转速、速度瞬心等运动学参量的测量方法。利用模拟散斑图进行方法可靠性分析,结果表明,若取多个区域测试结果的平均值作为可靠测试结果,则转角测试精度可达0.01°,瞬心位置测试精度可达亚像素量级。搭建转速图像测试系统,并测试了电机转轴的转速与速度瞬心。实验结果进一步表明,基于数字图像相关的转速测量方法在实际工程测量中具有较高的精度与稳定性。
Aiming at the measurement problem of kinematic parameters of rotating mechanism, based on digital image correlation technique, this paper presents the measurement method of kinematic parameters such as rotation angle, rotation speed and instantaneous center of rotation. The method of simulating speckle is used to analyze the reliability of the method. The results show that if the average of the test results of multiple regions is taken as the reliable test result, the test accuracy of rotation angle can reach 0.01 °, and the test accuracy of the instantaneous center position can reach sub-pixel level. Set up speed image test system, and test the motor shaft speed and speed center of the moment. The experimental results further show that the speed measurement method based on digital image correlation has high accuracy and stability in actual engineering measurement.
