目的:研究生长抑素(SOM)镇痛效果的作用机制。方法:用原位杂交结合计算机图像分析,观察正常大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)内SOM神经元的基因表达;伤害性刺激、单纯针刺和电针镇痛(EA)对PAG内SOM多肽合成的调控,以探讨伤害性刺激和电针对PAG内SOM在基因转录水平的激活影响。结果:正常情况下PAG内有一定的SOMmRNA表达,伤害性刺激和单纯电针后SOMmRNA表达增强,EA后进一步增强。结论:(1)SOM可能参与痛觉调制;(2)SOM可能参与EA。
Objective: To study the mechanism of analgesic effect of somatostatin (SOM). Methods: In situ hybridization and computer image analysis were used to observe the gene expression of SOM neurons in the periaqueductal gray (PAG) of normal rats. Noxious stimulation, simple acupuncture and electroacupuncture analgesia (EA) SOM polypeptide synthesis to investigate the effects of nociceptive stimuli and electroacupuncture on the activation of SOM at the gene transcription level in PAG. Results: Under normal conditions, there was some SOM mRNA expression in the PAG. The nociceptive stimuli and SOM mRNA expression increased only after electroacupuncture and further enhanced after EA. Conclusion: (1) SOM may participate in pain modulation; (2) SOM may participate in EA.
