为了使钢筋混凝土预制柱脱模翻身,常常埋设吊环。由于吊环耗用钢材较多;支模时模板开口穿吊环,破坏了模板的整体性(尤其是钢模);一旦构件安装完毕,吊环往往成为累赘,还得割掉。目前有许多施工单位不用吊环,而在预制柱底下掏土洞穿钢丝绳。但叠层生产和在混凝土台座上生产预制柱子却不能掏洞。我们利用摩擦力的原理制作工具式吊环,避免了上述缺陷。其单个重37千克,一对用钢量约为11
In order to demolish the reinforced concrete precast columns, rings are often laid. Because the rings consume more steel; when the mold is opened, the template opens through the rings, destroying the integrity of the form (especially the steel mold); once the components are installed, the rings often become cumbersome and have to be cut off. At present, many construction units do not use rings, but under the prefabricated columns, the soil is pierced through the steel ropes. However, stacking and production of prefabricated columns on concrete pedestals do not make holes. We use the principle of friction to make tool rings to avoid the above defects. Its single weight is 37 kg and its pair of steel is about 11
