赏识教育作为一种以人为本,能够体现人文关怀的新型教育理念,在教育、教学中得到了充分的认可。它是使教育者用欣赏、赞扬、包容的方法去激发、挖掘、认可受教育者自身潜能的一种教育,同时也是发挥学生主体性的教学改革的需要。依据心理学、教育学的相关理论和研究,我们不难发现在英语教学中赏识教育是非常适用的。在面对军校成人大学英语教学对象这一相对特殊的群体时,本文探讨并分析了赏识教育运用的必要性、具体方法和需要注意的问题。
Appreciation education as a people-oriented, to embody the humane care of the new concept of education, education, teaching has been fully recognized. It is a kind of education which enables educators to stimulate, excavate and recognize the potential of educated people by means of appreciating, complimenting and inclusive. It is also the need of giving play to the teaching reform of students’ subjectivity. According to psychology, pedagogy and related theory and research, we can easily find in English teaching appreciation of education is very applicable. In the face of the relatively special group of adult English teaching targets in military academies, this paper explores and analyzes the necessity, methods and issues that need attention in the application of appreciation education.
