目的观察原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)患者血清apelin-13水平的变化,并探讨apelin-13在EH中的作用及相关影响因素。方法选取EH患者35例和健康人32例,用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组血清apelin-13的水平,并测定血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、脂联素(APN)等指标进行分析。结果①EH患者血清apelin-13浓度显著低于健康对照组[(17.61±6.52)pg/ml vs(29.58±15.19)pg/ml;P<0.01);②经多元线性回归分析显示,EH患者血清apelin-13与收缩压呈显著负相关,与APN、HDL-C呈正相关。结论 EH患者血清apelin-13水平降低,并与HDL-C呈正相关和收缩压呈负相关,提示apelin-13可能通过影响血脂代谢而参与高血压的病理生理过程。
Objective To observe the change of serum apelin-13 in patients with essential hypertension (EH), and to explore the role of apelin-13 in EH and related factors. Methods Thirty-five patients with EH and 32 healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. Serum apelin-13 levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein C, LDL-C, FPG and APN were analyzed. Results ① The serum level of apelin-13 in patients with EH was significantly lower than that in healthy controls [(17.61 ± 6.52) pg / ml vs (29.58 ± 15.19) pg / ml; P <0.01); ②The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that serum apelin -13 and systolic blood pressure was significantly negatively correlated, and APN, HDL-C was positively correlated. Conclusions Serum levels of apelin-13 in EH patients are decreased and positively correlated with HDL-C and negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure, suggesting that apelin-13 may be involved in the pathophysiological process of hypertension by affecting blood lipid metabolism.
