英语作为一门语言学科和交际性的工具,时代的发展已将英语教育推上了空前的地位,部分家长对小学英语也逐步重视,许多优秀的学生参加了剑桥少儿英语培训班、新东方英语等课外辅导班。同时却因为学生学习英语自身的习惯与能力的差异或外来务工子女中途插班,英语基础的薄弱等原因,越来越多的学生对学习英语态度消极,兴趣淡薄,缺乏信心,导致同一班级学生英语水平差异十分悬殊,这一现象给班级英语教学带来了极大的挑战。
