氧传感器的发展方向之一是向复合化的方向发展。CeO2和TiO2都是半导体氧化物。CeO2具有半导体特性、抗侵蚀性能和催化特性;TiO2的半导体特性因研究广泛而趋于成熟。将两种氧化物复合的氧传感器可望有更好的性能。
Oxygen sensor is one of the development direction to the composite direction. CeO2 and TiO2 are both semiconductor oxides. CeO2 has the characteristics of semiconductor, anti-erosion and catalytic properties; the semiconductor properties of TiO2 have become mature due to extensive research. Oxygen sensors that combine two oxides are expected to have better performance.
