经室内药剂对种子胚根长度抑制测定,结果表明:玉米胚根是甲磺隆、绿磺隆、苯磺隆的敏感试材。14个小麦品种对甲磺隆、烟嘧磺隆的敏感程度不同,经方差分析差异显著。烟农15对甲磺隆最敏感,其IC_(50)值为0.1171mg/kg;河农1号对甲磺隆最不敏感,其IC_(50)值为5.3140mg/kg。河农326对烟嘧磺隆最敏感,其IC_(50)值为0.0453mg/kg;河北200对烟嘧磺隆最不敏感,其IC_(50)值为6.9246mg/kg。
The inhibition of seed radicle length by indoor pharmacy was determined. The results showed that the radicle was a sensitive material of metsulfuron-methyl, chlorsulfuron and tribenuron-methyl. The susceptibility of 14 wheat cultivars to metsulfuron-methyl and nicosulfuron differed from each other, and the variance was significant. Farmer 15 was the most sensitive to metsulfuron-methyl with an IC 50 value of 0.1171 mg / kg. Henong 1 was the least sensitive to metsulfuron-methyl with an IC 50 value of 5.3140 mg / kg. Nong Nong 326 was the most sensitive to nicosulfuron, with IC 50 value of 0.0453 mg / kg. Hebei 200 was least sensitive to nicosulfuron and its IC 50 value was 6.9246 mg / kg.
